The Rucker family found the perfect site for a home built on a grand hill overlooking the new city of Everett. Architecturally, the house has been called everything from a Colonial Revival bungalow to a Craftsman. Rucker's choice of beveled glass windows, beautiful hardwoods, stone and carved wood fireplaces, copper fireplace hoods, and beautiful fabrics for walls and draperies make it a showplace of local pride.

A vehicle is needed to reach homes in separate areas of Everett, carpools are suggested.
